Warm Notes

1. Ensure a proper fit—snug but not tight. One finger should comfortably fit between the collar and your dog’s neck.

2. Use the silicone contact covers to help protect your dog’s skin without affecting functionality.

3. Avoid wearing the collar for more than 18 hours per day; reposition every 1–2 hours when possible.

4. Shock mode should be used only when necessary. Start at Level 1 and increase gradually.

5. If the collar strap is too long, trim the excess and lightly melt the edge to prevent fraying.
